Narcissistic people only see themselves and their own needs, their own opinion is important, and they have extreme egotism. They make a hero out of themselves and are involved in imagining and fantasizing about their appearance, abilities and successes. They lack a sense of empathy and it is as if others do not exist.

They are extremely proud and envious, or they think they are being envied.

Sometimes it is associated with borderline personality disorders, dramatic personality disorder and antisocial personality disorder.
