If we want to achieve lasting satisfaction, we must be able to live fully in the present moment.
The mind produces thoughts all day long and we often get caught up in them and get out of the present moment. Most of us spend a lot of time in our thoughts and lose experiencing things and events in the present moment, and many of us are not even aware of this.
People say: Yes, living in the present is very good, but what should we do with our lives?
This is a very important question and as much as a flower needs sunlight, the present time also needs a goal, but otherwise one will end up in a meaningless life.
One of the biggest challenges we all have to face is figuring out what we want our lives to look like.
How do we want to be human?
What are we willing to endure in our short life on this planet?
For what purposes are we willing to spend time and energy?
