neurosis

Neurosis is when we ignore a need, and then several layers are formed: first, that need enters the fake layer, for example, a man cheated, but a woman says that the rest of his moral qualities are good and she continues her life with him. This woman wears a mask and plays a role. Second, we enter the fear layer, which means facing an inner fear due to facing our own fake layer, and the third is the impasse layer, where we either overcome the fear or stay in this layer, and the fourth is the internalization layer, which is an experience similar to feeling. It is our feelings, for example, we feel anger and become aware of it, and the fifth layer is projection, which we have denied in the previous four layers, we empty it in this stage, and psychologically healthy people reach stage 5.
